Are you passionate about overseeing both large and small-scale electrical projects? We're seeking an adept individual experienced in managing diverse electrical projects. Proficiency in Excel, particularly utilizing VLOOKUP for comprehensive tracking, is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a project lead capacity in the electrical contractor or construction field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and objectives
  • Forecast and manage resources effectively
  • Develop budgets aligned with project scope
  • Monitor project costs to adhere to budgets
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules
  • Communicate regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Manage vendor contracts and expectations
  • Implement industry best practices throughout project execution
  • Adapt and optimize project progress
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience in electrical construction management)
  • 5-8+ years of project management experience
  • PMP certification is advantageous but not required
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly utilizing VLOOKUP for comprehensive tracking, is essential
  • Experience managing projects throughout their life cycle
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and project completion within defined scopes, budgets, and timelines
