Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to meet timeline and milestone dates and manage deliverables and expectations.
- Serve as both a SIDEARM and client advocate, by striving for the best solutions possible for their website, including missed deadlines, issues, or concerns.
- Work and collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Design, Development, and Support to successfully execute client requests.
- Inform and proactively report on project status to key internal stakeholders, with respect to project schedule and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for client’s needs and management of process flow to meet predetermined deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience with Outlook and the Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Podio.
- Ability to effectively communicate well with others in accomplishing tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage an evolving workflow both internally and externally, for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work longer hours when needed.

Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
