Job DescriptionJob Description

Our amazing team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join us.

Review and post all cash receipts / payments and process deposits electronically and manually daily

• Provide proper deposit paperwork for the association’s record

• Analyze past due accounts and initiates collections efforts on the phone or in writing

• Respond to questions and makes calls regarding overdue bills and billing problems

• Set up and maintain accounts receivable files and other financial records

• Create invoices and statements for residents

• Answer and research owner’s inquiries about account history

• Prepares periodic accounting reports

• Filing

• Assisting with general accounting duties

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
