Location: Henderson, NV

As we continue our remarkable growth journey, with a staggering 130+% year-over-year expansion for the past 5 years, we are looking for an exceptional Medical Field Sales Rep to join our dynamic marketing team. 

The Medical Field Sales Rep will play a pivotal role in our expansion by developing and expanding relationships with referral sources and the local community. This position will have access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budgets to achieve their assigned goals. This role features a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a phone allowance. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. 

  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and establish relationships with key decision-makers in private practices, inpatient facilities, and military bases. 

  • Coordinate educational events, lunch-and-learn sessions, and seminars for healthcare professionals to promote awareness and understanding of our products, procedures, and industry advancements. 

  • Collect feedback from physicians and healthcare providers regarding product performance, customer service experiences, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to the appropriate internal teams. 

  • Assist with the resolution of customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 

  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, manage leads, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes. 

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including those related to ethical business practices, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. 

Key Qualifications 

  • Proven track record of success in medical sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience selling medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services. 

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines, are necessary for coordinating meetings, events, and educational activities for healthcare providers. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals. 

  • The capacity to analyze market data, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement is valuable for optimizing sales strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets. 

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
