Social Media Marketing Manager

Lushin is an Indianapolis-based Sales and Sales Management consulting group with a 25-year history of guiding companies to successful growth. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping clients expand their businesses. In this role, you will build and execute Lushin’s social media marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and coaching teams to align social media efforts with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new strategies as needed.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for content creation, graphic design, and video production as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
