Sports social media experience is a plusExpert knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, back-end posting studios, and how to optimize content by platformImpeccable attention to detail with copy and a strong understanding of AP StyleA proven track record brainstorming and executing original ideas, memes and trending contentHands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, vertical video production and photo editingAn established history of creating plans and strategies while also executing day-to-day workExcellent leadership and collaboration skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal, to execute content strategies and establish trust and confidenceAccustomed to providing feedback to staff, including videographers and designers, and receiving it from leadership or other stakeholdersPrevious experience maintaining a budget and with social media reportingAdvanced knowledge of footballAbility to be flexible with your work schedule, including working nights and weekends based on event needs and priorities.
