Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in our database.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly no more than 3 rings.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Assist in task required to maintain the agency
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.


Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Exceptional problem solving and customer centric mindset
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
