Rock Family Dental is hiring an experienced Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily business operations through constant daily monitoring, and weekly reporting. The Clinic Manager is Rock Family Dental's front-line supervisor and business manager and succeeds using designed management tools, and key metrics that track positive and negative trends.  The Clinic Manager also provides a leadership style that promotes quality patient care, efficiency of the clinic, and creates a great work and patient environment.

Responsibilities:

The Clinic Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Family Dental and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

You Must Have:

  • Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)

  • CPR training (preferred)

  • 2 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.

  • Good conflict resolution skills

  • Proven work history of excellence
