Job description

Looking for a Bilingual Customer Service / Administrative Support Representative to join our team. This position will play a key role in the customer service experience.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, the desire to learn and grow, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and the general public
  • Entering orders into our computer system accurately each day
  • Receptionist duties including answering calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to visitors
  • Performing general office support such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
  • This position requires some out-of-town travel at times (Company Paid)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
  • Customer service experience in an office environment is required
  • Excellent organizational skills are required for this position
  • Must have strong MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Must have strong data entry skills.
  • Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy and speed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
