  • Maintaining automated machines, completing the visual inspection, distinguishing the color of materials, light assembly, weighing and counting parts, and packaging.
  • Must have proficient math skills including ratios and percentages.
  • Can use a calculator.
  • Work independently without a lot of supervision.

Mold Setter/Material Handler Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding and scientific molding/decoupled molding experience.
  • Process Techs are responsible for machine startups, mold changes, working on processes to fine-tune new/existing molds for optimization, training material handlers, and operators, completing daily production paperwork, interacting with Quality, Tool Room,
  • Maintenance and engineering to solve day-to-day issues.
  • Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot hoppers, dryers, grinders, loaders, and filters.
  • Manage material flow for 25+ plastic injection mold presses.
  • Must have proficient math skills including ratios and percentages.
