Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Schedule: 100% in office / M-F (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

Location: North Houston (Bush Intercontinental Airport area)

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing projects that establish us as an industry leader. You will maintain and enhance our brand while driving qualified leads to the sales team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, You Will:

 

- Coordinate and execute a diverse portfolio of marketing projects and campaigns.

- Manage all projects using project management software, including scheduling, resourcing, and communication.

- Develop project briefs, scopes of work, tasks, deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates.

- Prepare status reports and conduct internal status meetings to ensure timely project delivery.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and track creative elements for marketing projects.

- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign effectiveness post-launch.

- Track project progress and propose solutions to enhance effectiveness with internal teams or third-party vendors.

- Manage and coordinate internal and external resources for timely project delivery.

- Provide feedback to the marketing team when executions do not meet expectations or goals.

- Deliver project metrics with actionable insights and next steps to stakeholders.

- Maintain a working knowledge of brand guidelines and project governance.

- Manage deadlines and communicate expectations to project stakeholders.

- Assist the creative team with social media implementation, posting, and idea generation.

- Develop digital marketing automation in Microsoft Dynamics.

- Support the global sales team with customer meeting needs.

- Oversee promotional items for events and meetings, including inventory management, ordering, shipping, and new item creation.

- Collaborate with sales teams to better understand customers and target audiences.

- Implement account-based marketing initiatives in coordination with sales teams.

- Perform marketing administrative tasks as needed.

- Work with the events manager on executing global events for drilling and mining.

- Conduct brainstorming sessions and follow-ups with the creative team.

- Coordinate go-to-market executions for new products, including internal sales briefings, events, digital marketing, internal communications, and reporting.

- Communicate with the organization about current marketing executions.

- Maintain strong relationships with global sales teams, technical service teams, and operations.

 

What You Will Bring to Our Company:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute a broad range of marketing tasks and initiatives.

- Capability to network and coordinate across various business units within an organization.

- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and across cultures.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines or matrix reporting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.

- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management.

- Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to meet deadlines.

- Eagerness to learn the drilling and mining business and understand detailed technical requirements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Ability to creatively manage and resolve conflicts, identify and drive consensus.

- Capability to establish credible business cases from concept through to full cost-benefit analyses and create supporting presentation material.

 

Helpful, but not required:

· Experience in digital marketing media execution

· Industry and design knowledge

· Previous experience in advertising/marketing agencies
