Construction Admin Assistant for Swimming Pool Construction Company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
1) Assist Project Manager with gathering pricing & issuing bids to clients.
2) Schedule contractors for required project phases.
3) Answer phone calls.
4) Setup internal job folder.
5) Distribute and process internal invoices for payment.
6) Assemble warranty & maintenance information for clients at job completion.
7) Coordinate with construction team on daily schedule.
8) Process submittals to customers.
9) Manage certified pay applications to all customers.
EXPECTATIONS OF EMPLOYEE

- Performs duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.
- Communicates regularly with supervisor.
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
- Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of the position.
- Meets established productivity standards.
- Will have high standards and proactive behavior.
- Will have to feel comfortable depending on others for crucial information.
- Able to defend own viewpoint, be decisive, but consults before major decisions are made.
- Business attire is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or other closely related field of study ideal, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Leadership skills
