Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations at Tuk Tuk Boom.

Responsibilities:
- Manage prep quantities/pars for daily food preparations and catering orders
- Ensure high standards of food safety & quality
- Supervise prep staff, provide training and correction, as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communication supply needs
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to insure food quality standards are met

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management
- Strong knowledge of food industry practices, including food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

Must have strong BOH experience and BOH management experience. This is a kitchen position that oversees all day to day food operations. Must know every position in our kitchen and able to work it.
