We're on the lookout for a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional dermatological care to our patients. If you have a passion for dermatology and want to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, we invite you to apply for the Medical Assistant position. Dermatology experienced, preferred, but NOT essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers during various procedures and surgeries to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare treatment rooms by arranging necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is ready for patient care.
- Accurately document patient medical histories, procedures performed, scribing, and treatment plans in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or dermatology setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with dermatology terminology, procedures, and skin conditions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) such as EMA and basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks and computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
