Uribe Fiber Services is looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Mesa, AZ We are a fiber optic construction company that is microtrenching alongside the streets. We are currently working from 5am-4pm Mon- Fri and occasionally Saturdays depending on due dates and machinery/equipment needing maintenance. This is a very fast paced, multi task job that requires critical thinking. We would like someone with experience but it is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the project
  • Reach production goals
  • Verify and implement PPE
  • Manage employees and manage inventory
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Work closely with management
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

  • 1 year experience
  • Bilingual (spanish&english)
  • Active Drives License
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to problem solve and work with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
