- Manage service department for 40+ active customers in the USA, Mexico & Canada.
- Management rep for PDI's quality system.
- Responsible for PDI's compliance to latest ISO Standards.
- IT Support for PDI site wide
- Ensuring customer satisfaction surveys are sent out, followed up on and completed and collected to be able to review and see where we need to improve.
- Assemble PDI Machines & ensure operation.
- Travel to customer sites to train personnel on PDI software. (Must be open to travel and pass Military background checks).
- Assemble/check out PDI Roundness machine prior to shipment.
