We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.


As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers to create project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, documenting project requirements, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring that all project-related information is up to date and accessible to team members.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The Project Coordinator must also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support project managers in the execution of projects

2. Coordinate project schedules and track progress

3. Communicate project updates to stakeholders

4. Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks

5. Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project coordination

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Proficiency in project management software


Shift:

Monday - Friday start time 5:30am

50 hours per week
