Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects, including RFQ or RFP process, Contract process, Sealed bid, Distributing bid packages, Coordinating bid walk, Awarding project, Monitoring progress, Providing regular status updates, Resolving issues.
  • Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service, including managing funding and PO requests of multiple complex projects and associated budgets, providing timely reporting, and effectively coordinating with Program Management, Construction and Real Estate teams.
  • Manage construction from initial site design visit through completed drawings, including drawing review taking into account civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical feasibility, value engineering.
  • Manage internal database updates, equipment configurations, cable running lists, floor space and rack placement, and detailed Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Manage staging and receipt of Major and Minor project materials.
  • Accurately identify, monitor, report, escalate, and resolve technical issues encountered throughout the engineering and build process.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational communications.
  • Strong track record of leadership and management
Preferred Qualifications
