Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to critical B2B customer accounts. The company supplies parts globally to large multinational OEM makers of vehicles and construction equipment, and you will be the main point of contact between external customers and company for daily business flow.
• Manage new customer onboarding, including data entry and database maintenance.
• Input orders and generate reports.
• Address inquiries regarding lead times, services, and products.
• Communicate critical information to customers in timely, clear, and professional manner.
• Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of goods.
• Utilize ERP system, EDI, and external customer online portals and data systems to streamline processes.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve urgent customer issues efficiently and manage complex problems through to resolution.
• Support Sales and Marketing by offering customers product solutions.
• In-house sales of standard products and hand-off of custom product requests to Sales and Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years of B2B customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP and EDI systems.
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency
• College education is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication. (Able to send clear and professional email communications.)
• Desire to collaborate with customers and team members face to face (via Microsoft Teams or in meetings).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong computer proficiency. (Excel, Office are a must. Databases, CRM, EDI a plus.)
