MBS Media Campus Located in Manhattan Beach, California, MBS Media Campus is one of Southern California's premiere independent production facilities. The purpose-built studio is managed and operated by MBS3, featuring 15 state-of-the-art soundstages, over 280,000 square feet of production offices, a New York Street, mill and production support space, a suite of on-site pre- and post-production support services, screening room, the Studio Store and Production Resource Center, an onsite café, catering, auto detailing and more.

In addition to hosting various network television series, MBS Media Campus is the long-term home to James Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment and host the U.S.-based stage production of the ‘Avatar’ sequels.

MBS Media Campus also operates multiple Vancouver satellite studio operations; MBS Media Campus Northbrook, Martini Film Studios, and Surrey Studio City.

Responsibilities

· Save 200+ invoices in batches by their respective customer code daily and send them out in a timely manner; multi studio support

· Track all invoices being sent to customers by recording invoices daily in the excel log spreadsheet (to avoid sending duplicate invoices)

· Manage 70 - 100 customer accounts with large open balances

· Maintain weekly up to date notes for each customer in the event the account becomes delinquent and questioned by management

· Communicate with customer/rental agent in a timely manner to resolve any discrepancy that may delay receipt of payment

· Maintain customer accounts by providing weekly aging reports

· Enter daily payment applications received via check, ACH/Wire, cash, or credit cards for multiple studios

· Create credit memos when credit request forms are approved by VP of Operations

· Being able to handle PO and Order discrepancies

· Auto Bill weekly generating invoices for the rental agents

· Assist with filling out check request forms to initiate customer refunds

· Assist with filling out credit reference forms

· Assist with other special tasks as required

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred

· Some experience preferred, however, recent graduates will also be considered

· Ability to work both independently & collaboratively in a fast – paced environment

· Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and co-workers

· Proficient in data entry

· Excellent organizational skills
