Job Summary:

The Outbound Sales Agent is essential to our sales team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves engaging potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales. You'll act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, meeting customer needs with the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls daily to small business owners.
  • Qualify potential leads by assessing their ability to handle increased customer volume.
  • Disqualify leads that do not meet the necessary criteria for business growth.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target businesses.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and gather insights on competitors.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on lead quality and qualification criteria.
  • Continuously improve call scripts based on performance metrics.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales. (preferred but not required) 
  • Ability to make high-volume calls daily (300+).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly qualify or disqualify leads.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8am-4pm 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 hour lunch
  • Two 15 minute breaks 

Work Setting: We would be working in a small team setting (5-12 people)

Experience Required:

  • Inside Sales or Customer Service: 3 years
  • Ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA

Work Location: In office
