Janitorial Job Description: ( Descripción del puesto traducida al español a continuación ) 

We have a vacancy in our team for a project position for post construction janitor to work in one location You will perform cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect, To work well in this role you should have basic janitorial service knowledge as well as 2 years of experience and janitorial knowledge.

  • Hours are Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm / Saturday 8/31/24 & Sunday 9am - 530pm 9/1/24
  • Work shirt - jeans - closed toe shoes 

Janitorial Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Cleaning and stock restrooms.
  • Ensure doors are closed locked behind you.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Keep janitorial equipment in working order.
  • Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
  • Follow Cleaning Schedule

Janitorial Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of cleaning service
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Work well when supervisors are not present.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Handle basic maintenance for janitorial equipment, have high levels of /janitorial skills/ cleaning skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
  • High school diploma.
  • Able to use basic cleaning equipment.

Limpieza general del edificio y mantenimiento y mantenimiento en buenas condiciones.

  • Aspirar, barrer y trapear pisos.
  • Limpiar y abastecer los baños.

  • Limpie los derrames con el equipo adecuado.
