Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
  • Expertly serve a variety of dishes and beverages promptly and with a gracious demeanor.
  • Vigilantly monitor guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the banquet area throughout the event, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate flawless service delivery.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Adhere rigorously to all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup to ensure seamless transitions.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective communication abilities, enabling seamless interaction with guests and team members alike.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina and capability to lift and transport heavy trays of food and beverages.
