Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
    • Provide detailed product information and answer inquiries.
    • Assist customers in selecting the right awning for their needs.

  2. Sales and Transactions:

    • Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
    • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
    • Handle cash and credit transactions.

  3. Estimates and Follow-Up:

    • Prepare and provide customers with accurate estimates.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues.
    • Update customers on order status and delivery schedules.

  4. Showroom and Inventory:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
    • Assist in receiving and organizing new stock.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
