Job DescriptionJob Description

We're looking for part-time help from someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions.

This position will require a 4-40 / 2-20 Insurance certification. Experience is required. This position is a part time position with hours available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Hours are flexible and can be scheduled 15-20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate for this role is licensed and has prior customer service experience with excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, apply now
