Job Summary: General Mortgage Capital Corporation (GMCC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies through digital paid & unpaid channels, including but not limited to email, media programs, SEM/SEO, PPC advertising, content creation, managing company pages, and social networking. This role focuses on promoting our services, refining our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and generating/converting leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels that drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions

  • Develop plans for website conversion optimization (CRO) in order to improve web experience and lead generation.

  • Refine, maintain, and optimize the company's website for improved user experience, effectiveness, and search engine ranking.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website ranking and increase organic traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, engaging with interactions, and responding to comments and inquiries.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing new tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing efforts.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing activities with actionable steps to increase KPIs to senior management.

  • Generate and nurture leads through ownership of marketing budget and execution of paid marketing campaigns including PPC programs (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

  • 1 to 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing preferred

  • Prior knowledge about the mortgage lending industry or a willingness to learn about it extensively

  • Business experience in the mortgage lending industry is nice but not a requirement.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-driven desire to learn and create quantifiable results

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.

Benefits and Compensation : 

You can be for the initial 3 evaluation months working as a consultant. After the evaluation period, a full-time offer may be extended, and the proceeding compensation package will be negotiable but based on performance. Work environment and hours are flexible.
