Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
  • Communicate system issues effectively to customers and managers.
  • Complete all required paperwork and checklists accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as an HVAC Service Technician (required).
  • Certifications: Universal EPA refrigerant certification, NATE certification (preferred).
  • Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check (required).
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas, and willingness to work variable hours, including on-call rotations.
  • Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a 3-year clean driving record.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Tools: Basic personal tools for service work (we provide recovery equipment, vacuum pump, and larger tools).
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
