We're looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our service technicians' daily schedules. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth job dispatching and coordinating with customers to provide precise logistics regarding job locations and timing.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the key link between our customers and service technicians, ensuring that every job is handled efficiently and with the utmost attention to detail. Your ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure smooth and concise communication with customers, department managers, technicians, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on appointment times and technician arrivals.
  • Schedule service appointments for customers based on availability and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and technician schedules using our dispatching and invoicing software.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed for service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Previous dispatching experience (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating through various software applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software (preferred).
  • Driver’s License (required).
  • High School Diploma / GED (required).
  • Must be 18+ to apply.
