About the Role
One of the largest insurance brokers in the Southeast has two Commercial Insurance Account Manager job openings that support the sales teams in Lakeland and St. Petersburg, FL. Here are highlights of the role:
- Location: St. Petersburg and Orlando, FL (specifically Longwood, FL). Options to work in-office or hybrid schedule (3 days/office and 2 days/home) available.
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years in a similar Commercial P&C agency client manager role.
- Systems: The agency uses Epic but knowledge of a similar AMS system will help with the learning curve
- Portfolio: Generalist, middle market accounts in a portfolio that includes contractors, education, non-profits, human services, hospitality, and more. This is an active book that requires your attention on all service deliverables and renewal preparation
- Licensure: Florida 2-20 is required.
Duties & Responsibilities
For new and renewal clients:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts.
- Expand relationships with various insurance carriers.
- Market services to accounts.
- Perform account administration.
- Handle renewals.
- Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise.
