Parallel Architectural Products (ParallelAP)  is an exterior envelope manufacturer’s representative and design group in Englewood, CO. With projects spanning the map. We are seeking an Architectural Sales Associate to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Placing Purchase Orders and tracking from departure to delivery.
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts, shipping, and other related issues
  • Provide overall exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. Answering inbound calls and online inquiries with templated responses.
  • Fulfilling customer sample requests and shipping needs
  • Building customers, quotes and orders in the CRM system
  • Gathering freight quotes and lead times from manufacturer weekly calls
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
  • Assist with lunch presentation coordination for sales team local and across the map.
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
  • Occasional drop off or pick up and offices locally.
  • Run company calendar and scheduling for team trainings, happy hours and other team events.
  • Various office support responsibilities.

​Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
  • Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
