Position Overview
Windows Enterprise Architecture Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate software, hardware, and technology-related environmental challenges, including Tier 4 escalations for network issues, operating systems, vulnerability management, and infrastructure support from an end-user computing perspective.
  • Collaborate with EUC architecture to assess and implement cutting-edge technologies that advance the end-user computing strategic roadmap.
  • Engage with leadership to design, automate, enhance, and maintain the Windows Desktop environment, leveraging AI to boost end-user performance and collaboration.
  • Develop and sustain automated deployment processes for software version updates, ensuring comprehensive documentation is created and maintained.
  • Act as an escalation point for EUC operations, providing advanced software installation support, package distribution, and creating standard operating procedures for all implemented solutions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, diagnoses, and root cause analyses of incidents and problems, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Windows 10/11 engineering with over 25,000 endpoints.
  • 7+ years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • 5+ years of scripting experience, particularly with PowerShell.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud systems such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, AWS, Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Windows 365.
  • 3+ years of experience in Windows Security, including SSL certificate management, TLS configuration, SMB code signing, PKI infrastructure, and network protocols.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sysinternals Utilities and tools such as CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, Tanium, Microsoft Autopilot, Defender, Intune, and SCCM/MECM.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
  • Professional certifications from technology vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Jamf, and O365.
  • Knowledge of Zscaler and ZTNA.
Compensation:
Salary range: $99,000 - $177,600.

These pay ranges apply to employees in specific states; ranges may vary for employees in other locations. Certain positions may be eligible for commissions.
