Position Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex IT projects from inception to conclusion. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups, leading the development and delivery of product requirements. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) or similar systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to project completion, for various IT subject matter areas, ranging from simple to complex systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to define and achieve information technology goals and objectives.
  • Direct and lead project team members, providing in-depth analysis and evaluation of project components.
  • Lead the recommendation and execution of system improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts for ICAM or similar systems.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure high-quality results and work products.
  • Facilitate effective communication and presentations to convey project status, updates, and recommendations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in the development of requirements for IT projects, spanning from simple to complex systems.
  • Proven experience in successfully working with multiple stakeholder groups to achieve IT goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in directing and leading project team members and making recommendations for system improvements.
  • Proficiency in reviewing deliverables to ensure high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
