The Role:

As an Integrated Wellness & Aesthetic Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between aesthetic care, clinical support, and health coaching. Your expertise will enhance clients' physical appearance while contributing to their overall well-being, creating a seamless journey towards holistic health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Support: Perform and assist with a variety of medical assessments (EKG, spirometry, VO2 max, etc.), manage patient intake and scheduling, and provide exceptional care coordination.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive sales through effective communication and engagement strategies, maintain high standards in service delivery, and proficiently use healthcare IT systems for optimal practice management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in exercise science or related field.
  • Exercise Stress Technician certification preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn clinical procedures related to health assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency, especially with healthcare IT systems.
  • A driven individual, passionate about providing holistic care and enhancing client well-being.
