We are a single-physician practice specializing in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Doctor Moe Amadpour is a Board Certified Internist. Our practice continues to grow in size and we are seeking to hire a backup to our front desk who can help assist with the influx of phone calls and can schedule appointments for in-office. This position is also medical records. A typical day for you might include faxing or emailing patient's medical records upon request, and scanning documents into patient chart. You must be willing and ready to learn. We make sure our staff is cross-trained to be able to fulfill multiple duties.
We prefer bilingual in Spanish, but are open to anyone willing and ready to make positive transformations to the practice.
Our practice is open to patients Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Fridays are closed for patients, but staff does have that day available to catch up on clerical work before the next week begins.
Upon hire, you will be in a six month probation period or training period. After those six months are over, we will review your performance and salary. This is a part-time position with possibility of full-time based on performance.
Base pay is 18.00 hourly, willing to negotiate based on experience.
The ladies at our practice are all very friendly and we want to find someone who has the same attitude and energy. We are seeking individuals who genuinely care about patient care and experience. We welcome new Medical Assistants who have just graduated from their programs.
