At MAS Law, we specialize in complex litigation, including multidistrict litigation (MDL) and class action cases. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and achieving justice for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in MDL and class action matters to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage and litigate MDL and class action cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. This role involves handling all aspects of MDL and class action cases, including case management, client interaction, legal research, and courtroom representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of MDL and class action cases, from initial investigation through trial or settlement.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing legal advice, updates on case progress, and addressing any concerns.
  • Legal Research and Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings, and prepare other case-related materials.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations, presenting persuasive arguments and evidence.
  • Discovery and Investigation: Manage the discovery process, including document review, depositions, and fact-finding to support case development.
  • Settlement Negotiations: Engage in settlement discussions and negotiations to secure favorable resolutions for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute effective case strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal procedures, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in [State] and in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience handling MDL and class action litigation, with a proven track record of success in complex cases.
  • Skills: Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; effective oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex legal issues and large volumes of information with precision.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-Focused: Commitment to providing high-quality client service and achieving positive outcomes.
