What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls from custodial and non-custodial parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding child support payments, modifications, and medical support.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information based on state regulations and agency policies.
- Resolve issues and concerns with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
- Document calls and track progress to ensure efficient case management and follow-up.
- Collaborate with caseworkers to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on child support policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year - 2 years of experience in call center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
Additional Information:
- Business Hours: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM (8 hours shift in between)
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
