Personal Injury Paralegal

- Work closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and document preparation.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance representatives.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Provide administrative support as needed.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
- Proficiency in legal research, case management, and document drafting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal software and case management systems.**Qualifications:**
- Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Florida personal injury laws and procedures.
