ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

-All aspects of maintaining existing personal lines policies including but not limited to any changes, adjustments in coverage, etc.

-Be sure that all customers are educated regarding any questions they might have about their policies

-Be sure that all transactions, conversations, etc. are promptly updated in client management system

-Solve client issues, elevate an issue when appropriate

-Review all existing policies prior to their renewal date to be sure there are no major changes in the customer's needs and that they are receiving the best value for their needs

-Rewrite non renewals and cancellations when necessary

-Handle underwriting requests on established policies

-Quote and write overflow of new business

-Answer client questions promptly

-Service customers' needs that visit the office

-Constantly look for better and more efficient ways of doing things

-Apply payments

-Assist with overflow on incoming calls

Requirements

-220 or 440 Florida Property and Casualty License

-Minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience quoting, writing, and managing home, auto, umbrella and watercraft policies

-Experience/familiarity working with using an agency management system

-Experience working with High Net Worth clients and non-admitted carriers  required

Compensation: 30$/hr. based on experience. Benefits including: 6 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, Medical, Dental insurance, 401K with employer match. In office position.
