We are seeking an IT Support Engineer working full time in a REMOTE position to join our team You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients. This being a remote position, the person will work primarily from home and will also need to go onsite to a client's office as needed for hands on work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, networking, cloud, & security
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware, software, and other IT improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or related fields (3 years preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

The fine print:

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional work offsite. Background checks, pre-employment aptitude, skills and personality testing are a mandatory part of the recruitment process.
