Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Must be able to pass a background check. Bancare is an Alram company, and we require a full background check. No felonies. Must be able to qualify and maintain a Personal Employment Registration Card (PERC)
  • Candidates with a degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, PMP, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and or other Construction related degrees will be considered
  • Travel to job sites required. Time of travel is typically 1 to 2 days for estimators. Project Managers should expect to travel once a month and not to exceed more than 5 days at a time
  • Good driving record. Job requires driving to projects
  • 8–10-year minimum experience
  • Manage at least 3 to 5 projects depending on the size
  • Personality matters as building relationships with our clients is critical
  • Retail commercial experience
  • Analytic experience
  • Strong computer skills – Excel, Outlook, Teams, MS Project, PlanGrid and Adobe
  • Procore experience a plus
  • ACAD, Revit and other drafting programs a plus
  • Must be fiscally responsible and be able to manage budgets
  • Places high importance for understanding schedules and deadlines
  • In office 4 days a week in Arlington Heights, IL
  • Strong communication skills.
