We are a family owned construction company seeking an Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records
  • Completing payments and controlling expenses by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Preparing outstanding Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Paying vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal ID numbers, preparing ACH, wires, checks, and resolving any invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Performing Payroll.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in Bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.
  • QuickBooks proficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
