HVAC Customer Service Coordinator

Our North Dallas client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) to join their fast-paced office This position is in an office setting where you will be multi-tasking between phones, emails, and their online database.

Position Details:

First point of contact for all customers (new or existing) and occasionally for field technicians. Multiple people in the office are answering the phones, an average of 150-200 per day. CSC is meant to understand the issue, estimate a potential amount of time for either completion of project or technician arrival, and engage the clients to see the value of their company.

There is a sales component of this role-- suggesting options to customers based on their situation.

The CSC will also work with the technicians to dispatch them accordingly.

This is a small office environment, so they are truly looking for someone who is ambitious and somewhat competitive. No one is above any duty, so need a willingness to jump in whenever necessary. They can train on the role/duties, but they cannot train someone to have the right attitude.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Construction, HVAC, home remodeling, or home maintenance industry experience is required
  • Computer literate
  • Strong professional writing (lots of email correspondence)
  • Ability to multi-task (take notes within database while speaking on the phone)
  • Ability to navigate between phone, email, and cloud-based database
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Natural customer service abilities

Hours: Their office is open 7-6, M-F, 8-5 on Saturday...... MUST be available for Saturday rotations

Pay: $18-21/hr (team bonus available once permanent, and it is based on the company's revenue goals)

Company Benefits:

  • 50% of medical/dental/vision/life insurance is covered by our client.
  • Elective disability available.
  • 1 year of employment= 5 days paid vacation. 2 years = 5 holidays and 5 vacation. 5 years= 10 vacation and 5 holidays

Type of Employment: Temporary to Hire based on a 90 day conversion
