As our Accounts Receivable Specialist at AVS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our company. The schedule for this position is M-F 8am - 5pm. This position works at our Murray office. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and has a strong work ethic to join us and be part of shaping the future of the smart home industry in Utah.

As AR Specialist, your primary responsibilities will be day-to-day record keeping in the following areas:

  • Accounts receivable tracking
  • Communicating with clients about past due invoices
  • Prepare balance sheets, statements, & invoices.
  • Data Entry
  • Maintain company CRM database
  • Collect payments online & over the phone
  • Answering phones as needed
  • Other clerical tasks as assigned by our Accounting Manager

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Quickbooks experience is required
  • Excellent communication both in person and on the phone.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and new programs.
