Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting Leasing Agent by helping to complete landlord applications for the program
- Contacting tenants for information needed on applications
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Collecting applications from prospective applicants
- Scheduling apartment viewing for prospects
- Giving general building information to callers
- Submitting applications to the Leasing Department upon Receipt
- Completing checklist to ensure all documents are received
Requirements:
- Multilingual – English/ Spanish speaker a MUST
- Yardi / customer service experience
- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
