ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. 

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. 

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars. 

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized, including ordering and restocking office supplies. 

  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repair needs. 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 

  • Distribute correspondence to the appropriate recipients and manage email communication. 

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and retreats. 

  • Arrange logistics such as catering, room setup, and audiovisual equipment as needed. 

  • Assist employees with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 

  • Foster positive communication within the office and act as a liaison between departments. 

  • Assist in preparing internal communications and announcements. 

  • Pick up food and coffee for executive-level employees. 

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workspaces, coordinating equipment setup, and assisting in the completion of necessary documentation. 

 

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 

  • Travel to other office branches as needed. 

  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.  

  • Performs other duties as assigned
