We are proud to provide our clients with a simplified purchasing option and personalized attention in a day and age where our competition is working harder than ever to automate their sales process. With over 5000 unique products, we provide resources for some of the largest distributors in the country.

  • We are seeking an experienced individual to fill an immediate opening. You will act as a customer liaison, making certain that clients are satisfied with the entire sales process, answering phones, and entering sales orders. 
  • Everyone at our company is expected to assist wherever is necessary. Having great customer service skills and have superb computer knowledge is extremely important. You must have a clear speaking voice, both in person and via telephone. Conversational etiquette is a necessity for this position.
  • You will be required to occasionally assist in the warehouse with order fulfilment (lifting up to 70 LBS). If you can't meet these requirements, we would regretfully be unable to consider your applications.
  • Strong work Ethic - Be willing and capable of working alongside those around you.
  • Self-starter - Identify areas of improvement and address them directly or via delegation
  • Organizational Skills - Be organized, clean and efficient

Additional qualifications 

  • Prior experience with small parts distribution or supply chain logistics (electrical industry).
  • Experience with known ERP or CRM software
  • MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

Benefits:

  • 7 days combined vacation/personal time after 1st full year of employment.
  • Flexible schedule with advance notice or prior agreement
  • M-F, 8am-4pm.
  • Paid Holidays after 90 days
