Job Title- IT Support - Help Desk

Location- Milwaukee, WI 53215

Duration- 3 months + Possible extension

Shift- 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Pay Range- $23/hr. - $25/hr.

Job Description

  • Provides initial technical support to Team Members via phone with regard to computers, servers, applications, and hardware issues.
  • Assesses the nature of the problem and resolves it using documented procedures and checklists and by simulating or recreating the incident.
  • Documents all calls in the tracking system; escalating complex problems to more experienced support, when necessary.
  • The candidate will not need a high degree of technical skills and background but they do need to be familiar with the Windows operating system, and basic technical background.
  • The job consists of taking customer support phone calls from our internal employees.
  • The candidate will be required to be logged in to our Genesys phone system and in an 'Available' state, ready to answer calls from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
