The Sales and Executive Administrator will work with the sales and marketing team and executives to complete tasks, assist sales, oversee projects, and assist with the overall operation of the department. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments, customers, and partners to assist in the marketing, sales, and administration of the company.

These tasks and projects include sales calls, building sales pitch decks, market research, data analysis, and organizing meeting notes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through customer relationship building skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Help implement and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Perform day to day tasks for the operation of the company.
  • Assist sales representatives by conducting sales calls, doing research, and following through on directives.
  • Collaborate with other departments for reporting and project management.
  • Communicate with customers and partners about project and order updates and requirements.
  • Work with executives and managers to help execute company goals.
  • Participate in meetings throughout the company and report notes, action items, and findings to managers and executives.
  • Keep an organized schedule and maintain effective and neat notes about current projects and goals within the company.
  • Gain a general knowledge of company operation and specific knowledge on products and services.
  • Assist managers and executives with identifying and solving problems and inefficiencies within the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A quick learner with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills who can easily assimilate new technologies and skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the company.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A self-starter who can understand concepts quickly.
  • An average understanding of technology and electronics or the ability to learn.

Education Requirements

  • BA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field

8:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday
