Summary

This position is with the Office of Environmental Health & Engineering (OEHE)/Division of Facilities Management (DFM). The position is responsible for the real property asset management and management oversight of facilities for all of the Great Plains Area. The incumbent will report to the DFM Director or designee.



Duties
  • Assist in developing policies, directives, and guidance for use and management of government buildings/facilities.
  • Review submitted 105(I) lease requests for program qualification and cost duplication.
  • Prepare documents for realty transactions and works with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to execute these documents.
  • Maintain, update, distribute, interpret, and implement the provisions of OMB Circular A-45 and DOI/Quarters Management Information System (QMIS).
