Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Returns Specialist to join our team. The Returns Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of returned merchandise, from receipt to inspection and processing. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and Process Returns: Efficiently handle incoming returned items, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
  • Inspect Items: Carefully check returned items for damage, discrepancies, and completeness.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input return information into our system, documenting the condition and status of each item.
  • Customer Communication: Reach out to customers to resolve any issues related to their returns, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all return processes meet company standards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.
